Besides improving system stability and other bug fixes, the update brings Android security patch to 2020.10. OnePlus has added a new gaming toolkit to enable handy Fnatic mode switches. In the play area, users will be able to choose one of three ways to receive notifications. They can either opt for a ‘text-only one-on-one and block’ option for an immersive gaming experience, or give a quick response using a small window that applies to WhatsApp and INS (users can activate it by swiping down from the top right / left corners of their mobile screen in game mode). The third option is the new “contact error prevention function”. Once you activate it, you will be able to swipe down from the top of the screen, click on it and the notification bar will appear for you to perform the required action.

Other improvements in the update include better stability of the Bluetooth connection and better network stability. As always, users can write their comments regarding any bugs that need to be fixed at https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/.

Deployment began on October 28, and if you still haven’t received it, the update should reach you in a few days.
